DayLight, a Lifestyle Platform, Officially Launches Its MVP Version at Solo Ristorante
According to WHO (2023), more than 16% of the global population, or around 1.2 billion people, experience loneliness and isolation. In Indonesia, Kompas (2025) reported that nearly 56 million people feel lonely every week, with one-third of them experiencing loneliness almost every day. This phenomenon shows that loneliness is not merely a feeling, but a real public health issue experienced by people around the world.
Concerned by this social issue, DayLight emerges as a lifestyle platform that connects people through curated experiences, from dinners and coffee to activities such as wellness and sports. DayLight officially launched its beta version with a soft launch at Solo Ristorante, offering a warm and intimate atmosphere as its pilot project.
Beyond the dinner session, the launch also featured community sharing sessions, where participants expressed their longing for a safe space to open up, meet new friends without stigma, and enjoy activities that bring warmth and belonging. This feedback highlighted that what people need is not just another social event, but an ecosystem that truly addresses the loneliness many are facing.
