Daylight Asia: Sunday Morning Yoga Experience to Reconnect Mind, Body, and People

After curating a series of meaningful experiences such as Dinner with Strangers, Art Gallery Visit, and Billiard Night, Daylight Asia now welcomes the morning with a refreshing twist — Sunday Morning with Daylight, an outdoor yoga experience designed to reconnect mind, body, and people through gentle movement and nature.

Set in the calm surroundings of Balong Aja on a bright Sunday morning, the session gathered members of Daylight Asia to breathe, stretch, and let go under the soft warmth of the early sun. Guided by Uni Angi, the class encouraged participants to slow down, be present, and rediscover balance not only within themselves, but also in the quiet company of others.

What is often a solitary practice turned into a shared moment of peace and connection, reminding everyone that calmness feels deeper when experienced together.

“I came just to move and clear my mind, but I left feeling more alive, more connected to myself, and grateful to share positive energy with others,” said Risa, one of the members who joined the session.

With Sunday Morning with Daylight, the community continues to expand its curated experiences — from art and social connection to mindfulness and well-being. Daylight Asia believes that connection doesn’t only happen over dinner or conversation, but also in silence, in shared breath, and in the gentle embrace of nature.

At its core and especially at the start of a new day, true connection begins when we slow down, breathe deeply, and open ourselves to the world around us.
